All our bagels are traditionally hand-rolled and boiled. We offer multiple infused flavour bagels. Many are unique to Sweet Dream Foods. We follow the Montreal-style bagel process, which is a denser bagel. We use very little salt as a rising agent, so our bagels are a low source of sodium.
